Job Title – Network & Security Support Engineer Leading ICT Solution provider in Kochi, Kerala is seeking for L3 Support Engineers with minimum 5-6 years experience in Enterprise Network & Security Systems. The job role would be to support and manage our overseas client’s IT infrastructure remotely from offshore support center in India.

Qualification
 

  • Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Professional Certifications on Networking/Security Products
  • CCNA/CCNP - Mandatory
  • HPE, Fortinet, Sonicwall - Preferred
  • TrendMicro, Kaspersky, Symantec - Preferred


 

Skills

Technical Skills
 

  • Proven post sale and pre sale experience in Networking and IT Security.
  • Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco and HPE-Aruba Routers, Layer 3/2 switches
  • Good Knowledge and industry experience in Security devices and Firewalls (Sonicwall, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto or Sophos)
  • Experience in enterprise Network and Wi-Fi configuration and management of related systems and components.
  • Good Knowledge and experience in designing, deployment and troubleshooting of large network infrastructure.
  • Good Knowledge and experience in End Point Security / Antivirus (Kasper, TrendMicro, MacAfee, Sophos or Esset)
  • Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Windows servers and Virtual Infrastructure.
